Hardik attends the International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition (IMECE) 2022
Hardik was a finalist in a student poster competition at the ASME’s International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition (IMECE), held in Columbus, OH, from October 30 – November 3, 2022. Hardik’s poster was on “Adaptable Hull Hydrodynamics using Shape Morphing Curved-Crease Origami.”

Hardik gave a talk on “Hydrodynamic Characteristics of Shape Morphing Curved-Crease Origami Surfaces” at the ASCE’s Engineering Mechanics Institute Conference (EMIC) 2022, held in Baltimore, MD, from May 31 – June 3, 2022.

Hardik receives the MICDE fellowship
Hardik received the Michigan Institute for Computational Discovery and Engineering fellowship and started his joint doctoral studies in Civil (Structural) Engineering and Scientific Computing at the University of Michigan.

Hardik receives an MSE in Structural Engineering
Hardik graduates with a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree in Civil (Structural) Engineering from the University of Michigan with a GPA of 4.0.

Hardik receives a B. Tech. in Civil Engineering
Hardik graduates with a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) degree with Honors in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay with a GPA of 8.5/10.
